Set Up:
At least three weeks before your event we will meet with you or a representative from your party to determine what will be served. Some key information:
Set-Up fees:
Minimum $50.00 or $0.50 person. (i.e. 300 people=$150.00)
Deposit:
A deposit for the alcohol will be collected at the time of the set-up meeting.
Insurance:
Liability insurance is the responsibility of the customer. One day rider policies are available from most insurance companies.
Pricing:
All items are charged at shelf price. Discounts for full cases of wine/beer.
Bartenders:
Fee: $18.00 per hour; Minimum 4 hrs (Leave time from Grand Haven until return to Grand Haven)
Delivery:
$25.00 Grand Haven/Spring Lake; $35.00 Muskegon/Holland; $50.00 beyond Muskegon/Holland
Extra/Opened items:

Billing:
Bartenders will return any unopened bottles and supplies at the end of the evening. We will subtract what was returned from what was sent to determine what was consumed. Your deposit will be subtracted from the total and a final bill will be ready within 2 business days after your party. You only pay for what you use!!
